This policy explains how our mobile application handles information when you create, preview, and save short videos. We aim to keep this description simple, transparent, and limited to what the application actually does.

2. Photos you choose

To generate a video, you select a portrait photo from your device. That photo is transmitted over an encrypted secure connection solely so the video can be processed and created. We do not access your photo library except for the specific image you choose to upload.

3. Videos, downloads, and sharing

Generated videos may be saved directly to your device storage and kept in a local in-app collection. If you use external sharing features, you choose where the video goes (for example, another application or person). That kind of sharing is fully initiated and controlled by you and your device.

4. AI content safety & in-app reporting

We are committed to maintaining a safe environment free from harmful, abusive, or policy-violating AI-generated media.

The app includes an in-app reporting and flagging tool accessible directly within the app from video cards, the fullscreen video player, and app settings. Users can report content under standard safety categories:

• Sexually explicit or inappropriate content
• Hate speech, harassment, or bullying
• Violence, harm, or dangerous activities
• Unauthorized face swap or impersonation
• Other offensive or illegal AI content

Submitted reports are reviewed by our moderation team to block abusive inputs and refine AI generation filters. When submitting a report, users are immediately provided the option to delete or purge the flagged video from their local device.

5. What stays on your device

The app stores locally on your device:

• Downloaded or saved videos you create
• Simple local database records needed to display your collection
• Your preferred language and interface settings
• Temporary files used while video generation is in progress

6. What is transmitted and collected

Video Generation: When you start a generation, your selected photo and related job parameters are transmitted securely to cloud processing services solely to perform the automated media transformation and deliver the result back to you.

Analytics & Diagnostics: We collect non-personally identifiable telemetry, including feature usage, user journey progression, generation performance, and technical error logs. This information is associated with a random, pseudonymous installation identifier and is used strictly to evaluate app stability and improve user experience.

Advertisements: The application may display third-party advertisements (such as rewarded video or interstitial ads). Ad service providers may collect and process device identifiers, connection details, and interaction data to serve and measure advertisements, subject to applicable privacy consents and permissions gathered in accordance with regional regulations.

We do not sell your personal data, nor do we use facial images to identify individual users.

7. Cloud service providers

Operating the application requires third-party cloud hosting, automated media processing, ad delivery, and technical analytics. These external service providers receive information only as necessary to perform their respective technical functions on our behalf under strict security and confidentiality safeguards.

8. Data retention and deletion

Uploaded photos used for video rendering are processed ephemerally and are not retained as permanent account profiles. Media stored on cloud infrastructure is purged or de-identified in accordance with our regular technical retention schedules. Local videos and settings remain on your device until you delete them or uninstall the application.

9. Children

The app is intended for users aged 13 and older. It is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided information through the app, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

10. Your rights and choices

You can:

• Choose whether to select and upload a photo
• Delete saved videos from the in-app collection
• Clear app data or uninstall the app to remove local content
• Contact us to ask about deletion of server-side data related to your use

11. Security

We use reasonable technical measures to protect information in transit and at rest. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

12. Changes
